Regional Head of HR, Technology Organisation (636/TCCG)

Location: Singapore
Type: Permanent
Posted: 08.10.10

The Company

This organisation operates in the IT space and has approximately 400 employees spread around Asia Pacific. Currently its regional headquarters sit in Hong Kong, but owing to organisational changes the role will be moving to Singapore. This has necessitated a change in the Regional Head of HR and The Chapman Consulting Group has been retained to perform this critical search.

The Role

Reporting to the International Head of HR, you will supervise a regional HR team of three, as well as manage a further seven country HR reports. You will provide business HR support to the CEO and his leadership team, in terms of strategies on resourcing, talent development, compensation, international mobility and training.

The Individual

You should currently be based in Singapore or be looking to return ‘home’ to Singapore. We expect that you’ll currently be sitting in the IT sector or at least a sales-based organisation. You ideally come from a blue chip multinational background where you have been grounded in sound HR principles, but are now looking to run a more autonomous show.
