This financial services group is a prominent global player. We are leading the external search for their Head of HR for Private Banking across APAC. This is a senior and broad role with an extensive regional remit. The role will manage a large team and interface with regional and global business stakeholders. The organisation is renowed for career development and rapidly develops its high potential HR. You can expect a international career path that will go beyond this role.

The Role

Reporting to the Global HR Head for Private Banking, you will work with the APAC business leadership team to align the HR strategy with business fundamentals. You’ll be part of this leadership team and participate in key business decisions. You would also participate in the broader HR community across APAC. The role can be based out of either Hong Kong or Singapore.

The Individual

The successful candidate must come from within Private Banking, either within Asia or internationally (you’ll need to move to Asia on local terms). You will be task focused, able to execute at a fast speed, be well developed in your team leadership skills and hungry for a long term HR career in this bank.
