The Company

The Chapman Consulting Group is working with the Regional HR Head of a rapidly emerging European energy company, on a retained basis, to appoint their Regional OD and HR Business Partnering Lead. This newly created position aims to drive critical OD initiatives as well as provide regional support on HR business partnering initiatives.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional HR Head, you will sit within the 50 strong regional headquarters function in Singapore and work across a population of 1,500 people spread across the region. This hybrid role will look at talent management, succession planning, performance management and talent attraction initiatives. It will also help the Regional HR Head upgrade the business partnering capability of the organisation.

The Individual

We look forward to hearing from individuals who love organisational development projects but who have also had experience in HR generalist work. You should derive satisfaction from working flexibly and autonomously on HR strategies that will dramatically impact the business. If you have experience outside of Asia Pacific and are new to the region, we are also interested in hearing from you.
