The Company

Our financial services client has its headquarters split across Hong Kong and Singapore. Owing to an internal change, it is now looking for two senior HR practitioners to head up key business units in its Taiwan operations. The organisation has a substantial presence in Taiwan, throughout Asia and also a presence in more than 115 countries worldwide.

The Role

Based in Taipei, you will report to the Taiwan Head of HR as well as have a dotted line to Global Business HR Heads for two business units. You will take leadership of two small HR teams and handle top level HR strategy, including cascading down regional and global HR objectives. You will also get involved in global HR initiatives affecting your business units and participate in regional project work.

The Individual

You will be a Taiwanese national who is currently sitting in Taiwan in a multinational corporation, ideally in a regional position and at a Director level. Alternatively you may be outside of Taiwan on an international assignment, either within Asia or outside of the Asia region. We are looking for individuals who exhibit passion for effective HR business partnering to senior stakeholders. We are also keen on individuals who desire an international career path, as our client is very big on developing its Asian HR leadership team.
