The Role

A newly created Business HR Lead role is coming up in one of its strongly performing business units. Reporting solid line to the APAC HR Director and dotted line to the Business President, this role will provide strategic HR business partnering advice to the leadership team.

The Individual

You will currently be performing a regional HR Business Partner role with a well regarded multinational. Ideally you will also have Organisational Development and Learning experience, perhaps having spent time in a stand-alone role in this space. You will thrive in a complex, matrix reporting environment.
