The Company

Our client is a household brand name in the industrial field and they have strong ambitions for the Asia Pacific / Middle East region. They are now seeking a high calibre leader to champion and drive the HR shared services implementation process for the region.

The Role

Reporting to the VP HR Asia and with a dotted line into the Global Head of HR Shared Services, you will manage the design and implementation of the regional HR shared service platform. You will ensure effective design and roll out in 19 countries.

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have set up a shared services organisation from scratch and have then taken it through implementation stage. You will be capable of thinking big picture, as well as getting down to operational detail. This role leads a high performing team.
