If we're assisting you in changing jobs, offering you HR career advice, or helping you structure your HR organisation, you'll appreciate both our responsiveness and our accessibility. Although a large part of our time is spent on successfully delivering our HR searches, we don't try to make ourselves exclusive or uncontactable. It's this down-to-earth attitude that helps make our business successful. 
When delivering HR searches, we are flexible in our approach and tailor our solutions to what an organisation needs. We get consistently good feedback on the efficiency of our HR searches. We don't complicate the process with unnecessary components, and this can often help provide a more cost-effective solution.
Constructive
If we get to know each other through an HR career transition, we'll be honest about your marketability and what we see as your obstacles as well as your strengths. If we think your résumé could be re-written to enhance your background, we'll tell you straight. If we think your presentation style could be more succinct, we'll coach you on improvements. This is part of our open and constructive approach to helping our HR contacts realise their full career potential.
If we're delivering an HR search assignment for your organisation, we'll use our collective market knowledge to give you a sense of whether your expectations are realistic. We're comfortable in taking on assignments where we're required to act as a consultative partner.
Trusted and Discrete
We view all of our HR relationships as long-term. Our HR candidates become clients. Our HR clients become candidates. So while we do have to use phrases like 'client' and 'candidate' in the context of our search assignments, we don't define our relationships in these terms. We treat everyone we interact with as an 'HR contact', recognising this cycle and always remaining open as to how our relationship might change in the future.
Most of our work comes to us from individuals who can vouch for our integrity because of a previous working relationship. Sometimes we have helped them through a time of personal career transition, and we may have found them their current job. Other times the relationship of trust has been built through effective career advice or more general HR counsel. We enter into every new relationship with the same level of care, as our reputation is built on this confidence in our professionalism and our abilities.

Despite the unrivalled strength of our HR relationships and our HR expertise, we make a point of constantly expanding our knowledge of the global HR landscape. We continually connect with both senior and high-potential HR talent through personal recommendations, industry networking and extensive market research. We invest heavily in our HR research capability to ensure that our HR market intelligence on the local, regional and international arenas remain second to none.
