Core Executive Team
Matthew Chapman – Chief Executive Officer 
The Chapman Consulting Group was established by Matthew Chapman in Singapore in 2008. Matthew is well known in the Singapore and broader Asia Pacific Japan HR market for appointing a significant number of HR leaders into their current positions with key multinationals in the region.
Previously Matthew was the Managing Partner of Derwent Executive (Singapore) and created an Asia Pacific Japan HR Practice with them. He also had a successful eight year career with Hudson (formerly Morgan & Banks) which began in Australia and later saw him running their HR Practices in Singapore and Japan.
Matthew originally trained as a CPA and spent his early days with Deloitte in Australia as an Accountant. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Business Law) from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He is a Permanent Resident of Singapore.

Stefanie Cross-Wilson - International President
Stefanie Cross-Wilson is The Chapman Consulting Group's International President, based in Los Angeles. She works alongside Matthew Chapman in strengthening the firm's global network of HR leaders. She is the company's key point of contact for global Human Resources heads in the Americas and Europe.
Before joining The Chapman Consulting Group, Stefanie was President, Recruitment & Talent Management for North America at Hudson. Prior to that she lived and worked in Asia for over 20 years, most recently as Hudson's Asia CEO. Stefanie has worked extensively with leading multinational employers across a broad range of geographies and industries. Working closely with HR and business leadership teams, she advises on the development and implementation of best practice talent acquisition and talent management strategies.
Stefanie is an American citizen and a graduate of Sydney University in Australia (Bachelor of Arts, Psychology major). She is an international speaker and subject matter expert on cross-cultural Human Resources and recruitment trends.

Oscar Fuchs – Director
Oscar is a Director and co-founder of The Chapman Consulting Group and is based in Singapore. He works closely with the team in identifying high quality Human Resources talent across the Asia Pacific Japan region. He also leads the Japan and Korea HR Practice, offering Regional and Global HR Heads the same level of direct services for HR needs in Japan and Korea that they would expect on the ground in their home markets.
Prior to his current role with The Chapman Consulting Group, Oscar worked with Matthew Chapman at both Hudson (Japan) and Derwent Executive (Singapore). Before entering into the recruitment and search industry, Oscar's career was in market research, during which time he has worked in the United Kingdom, Japan and Singapore.
Oscar holds a Bachelor of Law and German from Warwick University in the United Kingdom. He is conversant in Japanese and passed the Second Level (High Grade) of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test in 2001. He is a Permanent Resident of Singapore.

Ben Davies - Director
Ben Davies is a Director with The Chapman Consulting Group and is based in Singapore. He works with the team to identify high potential HR talent across all countries in the Asia Pacific Japan region. He also works with our Global HR contact base across North America and Europe to maintain our strong links between global headquarters and the Asia Pacific Japan region.
Ben has worked in executive recruitment for over six years, and most recently worked in the London office of Korn/Ferry International. He has worked on executive search assignments for clients in EMEA, North America and Asia. Ben has worked across a variety of sectors, including Financial Services, Technology, Media and Professional Services.
Prior to a career in executive search, Ben originally studied Sports Science at the University of Wales, Cardiff. As part of this study Ben worked for twelve months as a Regional Development Officer for the Singapore Rugby Union.

Marina Paganucci - Director
Marina Paganucci is a Director with The Chapman Consulting Group. Based in Los Angeles, she works with the team to strengthen and grow the firm’s global Talent Acquisition practice. As such she works closely with Talent Acquisition heads, RPO leaders, and senior agency recruiters at the global, regional and national levels.
Marina has been in executive recruitment for over 20 years, working across Asia Pacific, UK, EMEA and the US. Before joining The Chapman Consulting Group, Marina ran her own search firm in Los Angeles. Prior to that she lived in Singapore for 8 years, where she was Senior Manager for the Sales & Marketing team at Hudson Global Resources. Her earlier recruitment career was spent in the UK. Alongside this expertise in managing talent acquisition teams, Marina has a wide knowledge of the global RPO market, and has extensive experience in designing and conducting training programs for talent acquisition teams both in Asia and the US.
Marina was raised in Asia and the UK and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Bahasa Malaysia. She graduated from Stamford College in England with a BA in Business Studies, and holds MREC and CIPD certifications from the UK.

Sarah Ettershank - Associate Director
Sarah is an Associate Director with The Chapman Consulting Group. She works closely with the team in identifying high quality Human Resources talent across the Asia Pacific and Australasia region.
Sarah's career spans across Recruitment Search and Selection, Talent Management and Human Resources. Prior to Sarah's current role with The Chapman Consulting Group, she was employed as the Senior HR Advisor for Heinz Australia. Given Sarah's broad knowledge base and career scope, she has a strong grasp of Human Resources issues and Executive Recruitment. Sarah also worked with Matthew Chapman at Hudson (formerly Morgan & Banks).
Prior to moving into Recruitment and HR, Sarah commenced her career in the Accounting field. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, Melbourne Australia.

Monica Levine - Associate Director
Monica Levine is Associate Director with The Chapman Consulting Group, a search firm focused on the HR profession across Asia Pacific. She works with the team to identify and place high potential HR talent in countries including China, Singapore, Japan, India, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. The Chapman Consulting Group takes an active role in managing the careers of the brightest prospects in the HR profession throughout the region.
Prior to Monica's current role with The Chapman Consulting Group, she headed Corporate Finance recruitment for Hudson, and worked for the company both in Hong Kong and in the United States. Monica commenced her career in Finance and spent 6 years working in Equity Trading and Sales for several prestigious financial institutions including Franklin Templeton, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from the University of California, Davis.

Jessilyn Lim – Associate Director
Jessilyn is in charge of Executive Support at The Chapman Consulting Group and also the executive assistant to Matthew Chapman. She is based in Singapore. Jessilyn is responsible for all strategic administration aspects in the running of The Chapman Consulting Group.
Before joining The Chapman Consulting Group, Jessilyn was a Team Coordinator with Hudson and focused exclusively on the HR profession. Her long career as an administrative assistant has included time with Fujitsu Asia, Insight Marine Services, Pacific Internet and NTUC Income.
Jessilyn is a citizen of Singapore and is married with one son.
Marq Lim – Associate Director
Marq is in charge of Market Intelligence at The Chapman Consulting Group and is based in Singapore. He is responsible for all aspects of HR market intelligence management for the Asia Pacific Japan region and supports the entire team.
Previously, Marq had a background in customer service with Insight Technology Solutions and Moneyline Telerate. He spent the earlier part of his career as a Combat Medical Orderly with the Singapore Armed Forces.
Marq's educational background is in Computer Studies. He is a citizen of Singapore and is married with one son.
Pearl Lee – Manager
Pearl is a Manager at The Chapman Consulting Group and is based in Singapore.
She is responsible for HR market intelligence management and event management support.
Pearl holds a Bachelor of Business from Nanyang Technological University, where she majored in Banking and Finance.
Pearl is a Singapore citizen.
Soni Gupta – Manager
Soni is the Corporate Communications Manager with The Chapman Consulting Group and is based in Singapore. Soni's role involves executing strategic corporate initiatives to achieve the firm's regional goals and to extend its services to global and regional clients.
Prior to joining, Soni worked in marketing, public relations and corporate communications for non-profit organisations, government institutions and multinational corporations. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from National University of Singapore and also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Asia Pacific Marketing Management.
Soni is a Singapore citizen.
Brandon Oh – Manager
Brandon is a Manager at The Chapman Consulting Group and is based in Singapore. He supports the team’s strategic research capabilities and is part of the extended HR market intelligence team.
Prior to his current research role, Brandon had been a project manager at Singapore Aerospace where he worked alongside counterparts in companies such as Boeing, Rolls Royce, General Electric and Pratt & Whitney.
Brandon holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and is an avid scuba diver and beach lover. He is a Singapore citizen
